Somewhere at late 80’s, Panagiotis found himself watching this world with childish eyes. 23 years later, he still founds himself watching with the same way. Being a vivid spirit from early years, he fiddled with music, following lessons for various musical instruments, to end up taking his father’s guitar and learn to play by himself this beautiful wooden instrument. Since then, there is always a guitar with him, wherever he may go and he makes performances wherever he finds the occasion, always for one more smile in this moody world.

From early years, he has been on-stage and he has given many concerts, as a pupil in graduation events in the 1st High School of Pefki, or as a student in amateur rock bands in the Athens University of Economics and Business and now as a performer in various places in Greece and Cyprus. He is a fan of the acoustic style and he has made many small groups that depend on few instruments, which gives him the opportunity to focus on more authentic sound of musical pieces. Being a member of a ska-reggae-latin band (www.myspace.com/snoozzzgr) he tests himself to latin rythms and Jamaican grooves. However, the will to create on some of his ideas, gives him the opportunity to share one note of his own with our everyday life (www.myspace.com/vakalo). 

As he has come through many musical influences, from pop and hip-hop, to hard rock and traditional Greek music, his journey ended up to the beautiful place called “world music”. Easy listening reggae sounds during summer evenings, or moody cold nights with calm sounds of jazz, have been a part of his life. Soon, he discovered many sounds from that part, called world music and he wants to share it with you.
