I was born in Athens in 1975 and live here ever since. Being brought up in a family with an important musical culture I soon got accustomed to listening to various styles of music. My musical quest started by listening to rock music (at the age of fourteen I bought my first LP which was Pink Floyd’s “Wish you were here”) and soon discovered the world of Rock ‘n’ Roll through classic musical movies and various small bands performing in Athens. Parallel to that I started to get involved with the world of Blues. During the difficult years of my military service, I discovered and was fascinated by Jazz music, which was and remains my great love till today.

As a DJ, I have worked for a number of years in various music clubs and show rooms and have organized numerous music events and private parties. Since 1999, just after finishing my studies in sports, I have been working as a track trainer. Through my profession and my daily contact with young people, I have come to realize that music, as much as sports, is unique and undivided, a varied channel of communication between people of different generations. It shouldn’t be entrenched and caged in genres. Based on this way of thinking I will try to approach the younger generations through my shows in the Moody Radio.
